John leads our ADE business, bringing his 15+ year experience selling, investing in, and advising on, distributed energy solutions. John led investment activities at Sustainable Development Capital, £2bn+ AUM and launched the Distributed Energy and Power Business at Centrica Plc in 2015.

Rudolf is a hands-on CFO with a strong UK and international record of building start-up businesses and systems. Rudolf has over 15 years’ experience in senior financial roles with companies and investment managers including 3 years as CFO of a Distributed Energy platform in the UK.

Rob leads our operational delivery at ADE. Rob is passionate about making Net Zero simple for customers, having spent over 25 years working in energy assets and supply. Rob has led functional teams and business units for a large utility, he also launched and scaled a challenger business in the B2B energy market.

Miles leads on expanding our partnerships and real estate network. He is a Chartered Surveyor with 25 years’ energy and real estate experience, having built Savills’ energy practice in the UK.  Miles joined from Carter Jonas, where he was a Partner and Head of Transactional Services for Energy and Infrastructure.

Neil has over 20 years’ experience in the Distributed Energy market, bringing deep knowledge and experience in developing commercial and industrial solar solutions. He has 15 years’ experience focused on project and portfolio development, and brings a strong network of operational and technical partners.

Ben brings deep experience in acquiring, managing, and exiting distributed energy investments. He executed £600m+ of investments and was a portfolio company Board Member for Sustainable Development Capital’s FTSE 250 fund. Ben trained at a Big 4 accounting firm across corporate finance and audit.

Peter leads asset management at ADE, leading strategic direction and overseeing the optimisation of our energy assets. With 15 years of experience in asset management and renewable energy, he specialises in maximising asset performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving operational efficiencies.

As a chartered chemical engineer, his expertise spans a wide range of renewable energy asset classes, including solar, biogas, biomass and energy from waste, with a strong track record in asset management and project development.

Michael brings over 10 years experience in financial roles across multiple sectors, both in the UK and internationally. He joins from a senior FP&A role in the energy sector where he developed expertise on M&A, consolidated accounting and debt restructuring. Michael also leads on our finance platform, having implemented multiple systems in a range of businesses.

Alex is a seasoned renewable energy professional with an engineering background, a CFA charterholder, and over 12 years of experience in principal investments. He has collaborated extensively with developers on greenfield projects, arranging Power Purchase Agreements and raising project finance, driving successful investments and expanding project portfolios.

Nathan is an experienced renewable energy professional with a wide range of expertise across the solar value chain. He spent over 6 years in EY’s Energy Corporate Finance practice, during which he sourced and negotiated PPAs for many of the largest businesses operating in the UK and Europe.

Juliann has over 15 years of project management, development and team leadership experience in the energy industry. She comes from Syzygy Consulting where she focused on development of behind-the-meter solutions for the commercial and industrial real estate sector.  She has successfully implemented solar projects across the UK and Europe, leading teams through periods of rapid expansion and change and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
